Virtual teams are here to stay: How personality traits, virtuality and leader gender impact trust in the leader and team commitment

Teleworking has, today, become a necessity for many organizations, so effective virtual team management is critical. This study analyzes the influence of personality traits workers on efficiency. To do we examine effects subordinates’ personalities trust they give leader and impact this commitment to team. We also discuss how team's degree virtuality leader's gender relationship between trust. The findings showed that extroversion has positive effect felt in leader, toward On other hand, it was observed neuroticism had more negative environments. no significant effect. offers advice discusses its limitations future research directions.
